- Assessment tool: Organizational information, grant program details, and self-reported compliance data submitted through the Grant Readiness Assessment
- Account authentication: Email address used to authenticate via magic link or create an account
- Purchase information: Billing name and address (payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored by us)
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, links clicked, and referring URLs
- Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, and general screen size
- IP address: Used for analytics and fraud prevention; not linked to personal identity for marketing purposes

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services. Each may process your data under their own privacy policies:

Data Retention
- Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and client communication purposes
- Assessment results are retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after account closure
- Purchase records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 7 years)
- You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below)
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Opt-out of communications: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

- Payment card processing delegated entirely to Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)

Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
